Cane Sugar Project Introduction

The qualified sugarcane is placed in the press after being crushed and its iron removed, allowing the sugarcane's juice to be pushed out as the sugar inside is being extracted. The continuous ion exchange system receives the syrup crystal after washing, dissolving, and filtering it. This system treats the crystal by desalting, decalcifying, decolorizing, and deodorizing it. The final product is then obtained as qualified cane sugar following crystallization, centrifugal separation, and drying.
