VC Project Introduction
The qualified sorbitol is sent to the fermentation system. After two times fermentation, KGA-Na solution is got. After filtration, desalting and multistage concentration, KGA goes into the crystallization tank for cooling crystallization, centrifugal separation, to get wet pure KGA, then it goes into the esterification & conversion tank for the reaction, after solid-liquid separation, to get VC-NA wet product. After dissolution, after desalination by the continuous ion exchange system, decolorization and multistage concentration, the coarse VC goes into the crystallization tank for cooling crystallization, centrifugation separation, to get crude VC. After adding water and dissolving, the crude VC solution is decolorized, filtered, crystallized, separated and dried, and then the qualified VC product is obtained.
